The vexo program is software. Software may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds. The program has not been independently audited in its current beta form.
You use the vexo protocol at your own risk. You may lose all funds.
Blockchain risk
Solana is a third-party network outside the control of vexo. Risks include: network outages, transaction irreversibility, validator behavior changes, and fork risk.
Wallet risk
Your wallet private key is the only way to access your on-chain assets. vexo cannot help you recover a lost or compromised wallet.
- Lost seed phrase — wallet and all funds permanently inaccessible
- Phishing — always verify you are on the official frontend before signing
- Malware — malicious software could compromise your wallet
Regulatory risk
The regulatory status of blockchain protocols varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of vexo complies with all applicable laws.
No insurance
Funds interacted with through vexo are not insured by any governmental agency or private insurer.
No warranty
THE VEXO PROTOCOL AND FRONTEND ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
